EXPERIENCE - Liam joined The Land and Development Practice in September 2006 having previously completed a certificate in construction studies at York College.   He is currently training to specialise in Town and Country Planning and is in part time education at Sheffield Hallam University which will lead to a Masters in Planning.

Since joining the Practice Liam has been involved in the submission of a wide range of planning applications including redevelopment of large commercial sites and housing developments in both rural and urban locations.   Liam has also assisted in the preparation of appeal statements on behalf of clients following refusal of planning permission.
