EXPERIENCE – Aimee joined the Land and Development Practice in September 2008.  Aimee works within both our minerals and waste and general planning departments.  Since joining the Practice, Aimee has been involved in the submission of a wide range of planning applications, planning appeals and environmental permits.  Aimee has experience in preparing and submitting EIAs, discharge of conditions, written representation appeals, public inquiries.   During her time with us, she has assisted with open cast coal application and appeal, waste transfer applications, extensions to quarries, application for houses within the greenbelt, domestic extensions and pre-application discussions with the Council for 15 houses on a brownfield site at risk of flooding
