Planning Applications

So you need planning permission for your proposal, where do you start? What type of planning permission do you require? What plans do you need? What supporting documents are required? What assistance can you expect to be given by the Council?

Most Councils have a helpful check list (usually running to more than 50 pages) advising you what is required. If you don’t want to wade through all that, contact us and let us take the uncertainty away.

We will guide your Planning Application through the quagmire of legislation, regulations, national guidance and local desirables. Following submission we will monitor the Application’s progress and ensure any hurdles or obstacles are overcome. We can liaise with parish councils, other consultees and local ward members; we can also represent you at Planning Committee.

If, despite our best efforts, your proposal is still refused by the council, all is not lost as we can represent you at your Planning Appeal too.

Please contact us so that we can make the Planning Process a pleasant experience for you and your business.
